Valentin Mundrov

Minister of Electronic Governance, Government of the Republic of Bulgaria

Mr. Mundrov is a professional in the field of IT with 20+ years of experience in developing, implementation and support of complex information systems, strategic planning, building and management of teams, projects and programmes. He has been IT consultant at the National Health Insurance Fund. During the period 2013-2022 he worked as Director of Software Integration at Information Services JSC. He has been an expert at the National Customs Agency and at the Ministry of Health. He has professional experience in the private sector. In 2023-2024 he was Deputy Minister of E-Governance.
