Sara Rainieri

Full Professor of Technical Physics, Department of Engineering and Architecture, University of Parma

She graduated with honours in Physics from the University of Parma and obtained a PhD in Technical Physics (1997). She is Full Professor of Industrial Technical Physics at the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Parma, where she was also Vice-Rector for Education and Student Services (2017–2023). Since 2023, she has been President of the Italian Technical Physics Association and the Italian Union of Thermofluid Dynamics, a member of the Scientific Committee of RSE and co-head of the “Training and Education” Group of the PNNS of MASE.
