Director of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance, National Cybersecurity Authority of Albania

Saimir Kapllani is the Director of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance at the National Cybersecurity Authority of Albania, where he leads the design and implementation of strategic frameworks for protecting critical infrastructure and enhancing national cyber resilience. He also serves as an Alternate Member of the Data Protection Supervisory Board at EUROCONTROL. With a career spanning more than 15 years in auditing, policy development, and compliance with international standards, Kapllani has played a key role in strengthening Albania’s institutional and human capacities in cybersecurity.
