Paola Castellacci

Chief Executive Officer, Adiacent - Sesa Group

Paola Castellacci is CEO of Adiacent Spa Società Benefit, a Consulting and Digital Services Company with 250 employees across nine locations in Italy and three abroad, part of SeSa Spa. After graduating in electronic engineering, she worked as a programmer and then as an application consultant and project manager. She developed tailor-made solutions in the fields of web, e-commerce, mobile, and digital marketing, which were brought together in the dedicated company Adiacent. Together with 29 other partners, she founded ITS Academy Prodigi, the only ITS school in the Tuscany region dedicated to ICT, and is its president. She is vice president of Anitec-Assinform with responsibility for the digitization of supply chains.
