Natalya is a co-founder of Squawk AI, an aviation company using generative AI to improve maintenance outcomes. Previously, she founded and led Accion Systems, a spacecraft ion engine company, for a decade to its acquisition. An experienced leader and technologist, Natalya has led strategy at Bloom Energy, served as a COO/CFO at clean energy and semiconductor companies, and advised and invested in deep tech founders as a partner with XFactor Ventures. Natalya earned her PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, her MS from Duke University, and her bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
