Associate Professor of SSD IINF-05/A at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, he is interested in information technology in public administration, privacy by design, and the relationship between AI and law. Former consultant for MIT-Formez (National eGovernment Plan), he is currently a visiting professor at Politechnika Krakowska, past president of the European Council for Modeling and Simulation, and trainer at the SNA. He holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering and degrees in Computer Engineering, Physics, Political Science, and International Relations, and is a second lieutenant in the Italian Air Force.
