Mariella Enoc

Former President of the Bambino Gesù Hospital and Special Administrator of the Valduce Hospital in Como

Mariella Enoc was appointed by the Holy See in 2015 as president of the Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital, of which she was already a member of the Board of Directors. Born in Novara in 1944, after studying classics and medicine she has always been involved in the administration and management of healthcare facilities. She has been special prosecutor of the Valduce Hospital in Como since 2012 and was for 10 years of the Cottolengo Hospital in Turin. She has been president of Confindustria Piemonte. She is currently vice president of the Cariplo Foundation and the Cini Foundation, president of the Ismu Foundation and the Don Mario Operti Foundation. She is, in addition, a member of the board of directors of the University of Eastern Piedmont.
