Manuela Agnello

Manuela Agnello has solid experience in social policy planning and management. She currently holds a management position at the Municipality of Lecco, where she coordinates the Social Policies, Housing, Employment, Education, and Sports departments. After a long career in the third sector, she chose to put her skills to work in public administration, promoting a participatory approach to service management. She also collaborates with the University of Padua in the training of social workers, contributing to the dissemination of practices and models oriented towards social innovation and the sustainability of services.
