Ivano Gabrielli

Director of the Postal and Communications Police Service, State Police

A Member of the Postal Police since 2006, Dr. Ivano Gabrielli first headed the CNAIPIC and then the III Division of the Postal Police Service (CNAIPIC and Cyber-terrorism). In January 2022, he was appointed Director of the Postal and Communications Police Service. In July 2024, he was appointed Senior Executive of the State Police and took on the role of Director of the Postal Police and Cyber Security Service, based in the newly established Central Directorate for Scientific Police and Cyber Security, which also inherited the historical responsibilities of the Postal Police and Communications Service.
