CEO, Cremete

Engineer Imma Orilio began her career as a researcher at CIRA, specializing in composite materials and Non-Destructive Testing. After eleven years, she moved into executive roles at DEMA, and in 2006 joined a healthcare organization as CIO and technology innovation specialist, launching cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure projects. In 2016, she founded CREMETE srl, a strategic and technology consulting firm, followed in 2023 by Talence srl, a startup focused on data transformation through AI and NLP. Today, she leads both Cremete and Talence within the Mechatronics Valley network.
