Fabio Beltram

Full Professor of Physics of Matter, NQSTI - Scuola Normale Superiore

Fabio Beltram holds doctoral degrees in Physics and Electronic Engineering. He conducted research at Bell Laboratories and is currently Professor of Physics of Matter at the Scuola Normale Superiore, where he also serves as Director of the NEST Laboratory. He coordinates the steering committee of the National Quantum Science and Technology Institute (NQSTI).His research focuses on the physics of semiconductor and hybrid superconductor–semiconductor nanostructures, with particular attention to their applications in quantum technologies. He has authored approximately 450 publications in international journals and patents.
