Professor of Artificial Intelligence Law at the University of Milan Bicocca. He is also a lawyer – Of Counsel at LCA Law Firm. By Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 13 October 2023, he was appointed member of the Coordination Committee for national strategies on the use of AI. From 2021 to 2023, he was Legal Adviser to the Italian Data Protection Authority. He is a Fellow of the Centre for Research in Public Law and Policy at the Berkeley School of Law, University of California. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of renowned experts set up by the Department of Public Administration for the training of the public administration in the field of AI.
