Davide Astiaso Garcia is Secretary General of ANEV, the Italian National Wind Energy Association, Full Professor of Energy at the Department of Aerospace, Electrical and Energy Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome, and an expert for the European Commission in the evaluation of research projects. He is one of Italy's top scientists according to the national census of scientists with the greatest impact, measured by the h-index (H index: 45). He is included in the world ranking of scientists with the highest level of scientific productivity, the “World's Top 2% Scientists List”.
