Daniele Cassani

Full Professor of Mathematical Analysis, University of Insubria

Obtained his Ph.D. in Mathematics in 2006 at the University of Milano. Postdoctoral fellow at the Pacific-Institute-for the-Mathematical-Sciences, University of British Columbia - Vancouver, directed by I. Ekeland. His research interests concern nonlinear elliptic PDEs and functional analysis. In 2012, he obtained the faculty position in Mathematical Analysis at the University of Insubria and in 2023 the full professorship. During 2018-2023 member of the board of directors of the university, he has been invited as visiting professor in Brazil, Canada, China, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, USA. Since 2016 president of the Riemann International School of Mathematics.
